Equipment

So....basically, we don't know which studio we are in on Monday so if anyone knows how to contact the photographer please, please do but not just yet.

My video class was cancelled today so went to the technical stores, general technical store has coloured gels but will only give them the day of the shoot so if some of you wants to start on hair and makeup and someone can come with me to pick colours??

General store didn't have anything in terms of a smoke machine and sent me to the music theatre department who also dont have a smoke machine because they set of fire alarms but they do have haze machines which are similar except not as foggy and only show up really effectively with the help of lighting, which is good cus we've already planned on doing that. They also set off alarms though so we can only use that depending on what studio we're in. Studio needs to have the capability to turn the smoke detectors off. This needs to be discussed with the photographer cus he should know what studios can do this. The studio in the media factory can switch off the detectors but I havent figured out how to contact them to see how to book it and I don't want to book it if we already have a specific place we are meant to go to. Haze machine is also currently on loan but is due to be returned today so I'm going to go back in an hour and see what's going on there.

I don't know what to do about projectors though....any ideas??
